Primal Plunges Whiteout Cold Plunge Package with PrimalOS Touchscreen

Important Information

Obtain the exact Whiteout manual, component specifications and package list. Resolve the 21-inch versus 21.5-inch screen reference and confirm Pro/Elite differences, interior fit, safe fill, occupancy and user-load limits. Do not borrow specifications from another Primal Plunges model.

A qualified installer or structural professional must assess the complete operating load including tub, equipment, water, users and accessories. Confirm access, equipment footprint, hose routing, level support, drainage, spill control, ventilation and service clearances. Decks, balconies and upper floors require site-specific assessment.

Have a qualified electrician verify voltage, frequency, maximum draw, circuit sizing, grounding, required ground-fault protection and approved connections for the chiller and touchscreen. Follow wet-area separation and control-operation instructions. No standard household outlet compatibility is established.

Confirm weather exposure, operating temperatures, freezing protection and winterization for every component. An Outdoor Rated touchscreen selection and an all-weather cover description do not establish a complete-system ingress rating or unrestricted outdoor exposure.

Follow prescribed water testing, disinfection, filtration and cleaning. Confirm approved sanitizer types and concentrations for the titanium heat exchanger rather than assuming every chlorine or chlorine-free product is compatible. Ozone does not establish chemical-free operation or guaranteed hygienic water. Obtain off-gas controls, ventilation and exposure precautions; never bypass safeguards.

Cold-water immersion can cause cold shock, breathing difficulty, faintness and loss of coordination. Seek qualified healthcare guidance if pregnant, taking medication, managing heart, circulation or other health conditions, or unsure of suitability. Follow approved temperature and duration limits, enter cautiously and stop if distressed, dizzy, numb or unwell. Keep the head and face above water, avoid breath-holding and underwater immersion, and do not use alone. Avoid alcohol or other impairing substances.

Metrics and guided content are not medical or safety monitors. Do not use breathing content for hyperventilation, breath-holding or underwater exercises. Perform yoga or other movement content only in an approved dry setting, not in the tub. Confirm software compatibility, remote-operation safeguards, emergency procedures and power-loss behavior.

Provide safe entry and exit and prevent unsupervised access, especially by children. Follow manufacturer age guidance and local barrier rules. Cover locking, safety certification and load-bearing capability are not supplied; do not rely on the cover as a child-safety barrier or standing surface. Confirm warranty, software terms, delivery, installation and returns. No medical, recovery, energy-saving or hygiene outcomes are promised.
